Accountability/The Shoots/Trunk/ – Initial consult + one 45 minute f/u + two 30 minute follow-ups = $295 (save $8)

Deep-Dive/The Canopy – Initial + one 45 minute f/u + four 30 minute follow-ups = $400 (save $13)

Maintenance Lifestyle/Take Charge/Habit changer – Initial + one 45 minute f/u + seven 30 minute follow-ups = $560 (save $18)

Package deal (45 mins) – three 45 minute follow-ups = $245 (save $4)

Package deal (30 mins) – three 30 minute follow-ups = $160 (save $5)

**All packages have an expiration date of exactly 6-months/1-year from the date of purchase. Please ensure that all visits are completed before the deadline – there will be no reimbursement for unused hours.**

**Cancelations – Please notify us at least 24-hour prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to find a replacement for your time slot. Failure to do so will result in a charge of $55 incurred to you.
